My mother and I have loved this store and it was always a favorite place to shop. I recently went into the store to return an online order and was helped by a remarkable Anthropologie representative named Naomi. She recognized that I was disabled because of the rollator I was using. I told her my legs were tired due to MS and she got me a chair to sit on. I asked her about candles and she actually went and got some off the floor to show me. I ended up returning my online order with her and purchasing a candle. When I was ready to leave the store she went ahead of me to open the doors to make sure I got out safely without any harm. I have never been treated so kindly by a store representative as I was with her. A Wonderful experience!!

Mansi, who was working the fitting room that day, is the kindest, sweetest, most attentive retail attendant. It was genuine, too. She wasn’t just trying to sell something. Alessandra was also very nice and helpful. They were like the exact opposite of that scene in Pretty Woman when the two saleswomen were really rude and mean to Julia Roberts. Mansi and Alessandra did what they could to help and accommodate me and I really appreciate customer service like that.

I was looking for some specific glasses I had seen over the summer. I didn't see them so I figured they were gone and picked out others. When I asked at the register the cashier had someone in the back find them for me and bring them out for me. Bonus, they were on sale. I was really grateful as they were a gift. Will definitely be back!

A beautiful store with unique clothing and home décor; every corner feels like a curated art display. The associates are welcoming and attentive, and they happily suggest pieces and help with sizing. I love popping in to see what’s new and draw inspiration for my own home.

I had such a great experience at the Anthropologie in Naperville. I came in because the handle on a purse that was gifted to me had broken, and even without a receipt, the team went above and beyond to help me. The associate who assisted me (she had blonde hair-so kind and patient!) took the time to track down my order so I could receive the full store credit for what was originally paid. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went the extra mile, which made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. On top of that, the store itself is absolutely beautiful, and every time I shop here the staff is consistently welcoming and attentive. I would absolutely recommend shopping at this location-excellent service and a lovely atmosphere every time. 💗✨
